Lee Wiggins is the founder of GPD Investments. The company is based out of Dubai, London, and Geneva. Lee Wiggins has worked extremely hard throughout the years to ensure that his company makes the best investment decisions possible. Most recently, Lee Wiggins was proud to reveal the breathtaking sight of Empire Heights. 

Empire Heights sits in the heart of Dubai. The complex is comprised of two gorgeous towers designed to bring additional beauty to the skyline of Dubai. Lee Wiggins has designed the two-tower complex to be in line with what today’s corporate users have come to expect of a modern commercial space. Each tower is 16 stories tall. Lee Wiggins also wanted to make sure that his corporate users had a place to unwind while working in the building. To that end, Lee Wiggins designed a three-story podium that supports the two main towers. The towers are equipped with a number of spaces, which are available for a variety of uses. In the podium, corporate users of Empire Heights will find a number of restaurants, cafes, and other types of retail outlets. Lee Wiggins has also designed an intricately landscaped promenade where corporate users can work, relax, or eat lunch is peaceful tranquility. Additionally, the podium gives corporate users access to a parking center for anyone who needs to access the building.

Lee Wiggins is proud to consider Empire Heights another one of his great successes. He has worked hard throughout his life to achieve the success that he has. While attending the university system in the UK, Lee Wiggins earned a High National Diploma. This allowed Lee Wiggins to rocket to the third year of a three-year degree program. Graduating with honors, Lee Wiggins moved on to join the investment management industry.
